Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Retreats in Italy, we curate intimate, small-group travel experiences built around private villas, family-run producers, boutique wineries, chefs, and local partners. Because every retreat requires advance planning, reservations, and non-refundable commitments, the following cancellation and refund terms apply to all bookings.

A retreat reservation is confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.
By completing a booking, guests acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Cancellation by Guest
Cancellations within 15 days of purchase
100% refundable.
