Retreats in Italy was built on a simple conviction: the most meaningful experiences happen when you slow down, go deeper, and share them with the right people.
We do not design for the masses. Every retreat is intentionally small, with carefully selected guests, hand-picked locations, and a rhythm that allows genuine connection to unfold naturally.

Why We Created Retreats in Italy
After more than 13 years working in the world of food, wine, and international tourism, Tommaso, our founder, a Tuscan native, saw Italy from both sides, as someone who lives it, and as someone who hosts travelers from around the world.
Over time, one thing became clear. The Italy that people dream about, the real one, is rarely what they experience.
Group tours move too fast. Luxury hotels often feel anonymous. “Authentic” experiences are frequently staged and disconnected from reality.
There was a gap between what Italy truly offers and how it is experienced.
So we built something different.
Retreats in Italy was created to offer a deeper, more intentional way of traveling, one that reflects the true rhythm, culture, and richness of the country.

Intimate by design
Each retreat is limited to a small group, typically 6 to 10 guests. This allows for access, flexibility, and a level of experience that simply isn’t possible in larger groups.
Personally curated
We personally select every villa, every partner, and every experience. From private estates to local chefs and winemakers, we work with people who are deeply rooted in their craft and their land.
Connection over itinerary
We take care of every detail, but we never over-structure the experience. There is space for spontaneity, for long conversations, for moments that cannot be planned but become the most meaningful.

Every retreat begins long before you arrive.
We spend months building relationships with local partners, family-run estates, independent producers, chefs who cook from their own land, and guides who have dedicated their lives to their region.
We personally visit and select each location to ensure it meets our standards, not only in quality, but in authenticity.
Each retreat is carefully designed, then intentionally left open where it matters, allowing space for Italy to unfold naturally.
The result is an experience that feels both structured and free, refined yet deeply human.
